The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person rotational program located in White Plains, NY. VEG was founded in 2014 to revolutionize emergency veterinary care, expanding nationwide with hospitals open 24/7/365. Their headquarters team supports hospital operations, technology development, recruiting, and brand strategy, ensuring high-quality care for pets and their families. This program is designed for ambitious problem-solvers to gain a holistic understanding of the business by rotating across core teams, tackling meaningful projects that drive the world’s veterinary emergency company forward.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Learning Experience: Participate in a dynamic 24-month program, rotating through departments such as Real Estate, Operations, and Talent, to gain a broad understanding of business operations and prepare for a full-time corporate role.
• Engage in Challenging Projects: Immerse in meaningful initiatives across diverse business areas, gaining hands-on experience and making a direct impact on the company.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with VEG teams, including business and veterinary leaders, to develop interpersonal and teamwork skills and foster innovative problem-solving.
• Direct Interaction with Senior Executives: Engage with and learn from senior leaders within VEG, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the President.
• Skill Development: Develop technical, business, interpersonal, teamwork, financial literacy, and operations skills through real-world applications and mentorship.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, with completion slated by June 2027. This entry-level position is for undergraduate students who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and openness to learning all aspects of the business.
• Experience: Prior experience through internships or previous employment, demonstrating practical application of key knowledge and skills in a professional setting.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage projects; basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
