The Tone:
This is a Sales Internship at CNN Robotics ApS, offered remotely for a motivated individual located in the USA. This role provides invaluable hands-on exposure to real-world engineering projects, dynamic customer interactions, and prominent industry exhibitions. You will collaborate closely with our international team, playing a vital role in supporting business development and expanding our presence within the American market.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship within a growing sales and business development team.
• Location: Remote, based in the USA, requiring travel for customer and event engagements.
• Team: Part of an an international team, collaborating closely with engineering specialists located in Denmark.
• Mission: To drive business expansion and enhance customer relationships by actively supporting sales, service, and market development initiatives across the USA.
• Tech Stack: Utilizes common productivity tools including Microsoft Office suite and various online collaboration platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Requirements: Conduct on-site visits to customers across the USA, diligently engaging with them to thoroughly understand and precisely document their specific industrial automation and robotics project requirements.
• Sales & Service Support: Provide proactive and comprehensive extended support during all phases of sales cycles and ongoing service activities, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Engineering Coordination: Facilitate seamless coordination and communication with the CNN Robotics engineering team based in Denmark, translating customer needs into optimal technical solutions.
• Brand Representation: Actively represent CNN Robotics with professionalism and expertise at key industry exhibitions, professional networking events, and important customer meetings, enhancing brand visibility and fostering new business relationships.
• Business Development: Support broader business development activities across the USA market, including proactive lead generation initiatives and diligent follow-ups with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as an engineering student or a recent engineering graduate.
• Experience: Demonstrated eagerness and willingness to learn customer engagement strategies and technical sales principles within an industrial context.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building rapport with customers and collaborating effectively within an international team.
• A genuine interest in the rapidly evolving fields of industrial automation and robotics, demonstrating a foundational curiosity for our products.
• Self-motivated with the discipline and adaptability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable and proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various online collaboration tools for daily operations.
• Bonus: A foundational engineering background is highly preferred to better understand our technical solutions.
