Detailed Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who meets the following criteria:
• Educational Foundation:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Optional minors in Finance, Economics, or other business-related areas are a distinct advantage.
• Passion & Career Focus:
• A demonstrable passion for technology and an ardent desire to work specifically in risk management.
• A purpose-driven and growth-oriented professional with a passion for continuous learning.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen:
• The proven ability to analyze complicated financial, operational, and IT processes to proactively identify potential risks.
• Skill in evaluating controls that manage those risks and accurately spotting any weaknesses or areas for improvement.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Innovation & Collaboration:
• Possess a collaborative mindset and a proven ability to innovate, adapt, and leverage technology.
• Adept at driving meaningful change in dynamic business environments.
• Logistical & Security Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship is required for all candidates.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher within the specified timeframe, as determined by engagement requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the office and client sites is essential. A driver’s license is strongly recommended, as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your primary work location based on client and project needs.
