Risk & Compliance Analyst | Aires

The Tone:
This is an entry-level Risk & Compliance Analyst role at Aires, located in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring a hybrid work schedule. What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Review, maintain, and improve the third-party risk management program.
• Vendor Assessment: Evaluate new and existing vendors against established risk criteria.
• Policy & Documentation: Assist in the maintenance of standards and documentation, including reviewing and recommending changes to policy and procedure.
• Risk Questionnaires: Gather input from team members, then draft and submit responses to risk assessment questionnaires and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection and organization of evidence for internal and external audits (SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001).

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School diploma/GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Understanding of fundamental privacy, security, and IT concepts such as access controls, data retention, and data privacy.
• Experience: 0-2 years of preferred experience supporting documentation, process improvement, or related analytical activities.
• Skills: Computer literacy with MS Office products, ability to grasp proprietary software, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks while following policies and procedures.
