Job Description – Royal Caribbean Group 10-Week Internship Program (Revenue Team):
Program Name: Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program.
Program Purpose: This award-winning program is specifically designed to cultivate future leaders. Interns will gain meaningful work experiences across various departments, working alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers the opportunity to acquire real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that have a significant impact on vacationers globally.
Program Details:
• Duration: 10 weeks.
• Dates: The internship runs from June 1st to August 2nd, 2026.
• Application Process: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and it is highly recommended that applicants apply early.
• Location: The internship is based in South Florida Offices, specifically at the Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, and Entertainment Studios.
• Format: The program follows a Hybrid work model: In-person Monday – Thursday and remote on Fridays.
About The Department – Revenue Teams:
The Revenue Teams are central to the financial performance of Royal Caribbean Group’s sailings. Their primary responsibility is to maximize all revenue streams through the strategic management of pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Revenue Management Team: This team focuses on optimizing cruise fare prices and promotional strategies *before• the sailing.
• Onboard Revenue Team: This team concentrates on generating revenue from everything guests purchase *during• their vacation, including specialty dining, shore excursions, and retail.
Together, these teams collaboratively drive the full financial performance of every sailing.

Qualifications:
• Educational Pursuit: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Required Fields of Study: Business, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field of study.
• Graduation Dates: Expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required (Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis).
• GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in related areas is also required.
