RapidRatings: Revenue Operations Intern (Summer 2026 – Hybrid, NYC)

About the RapidRatings Internship Program

As an Intern, you will spend 10 weeks gaining firsthand experience working as a contributing member of the RapidRatings team. Through our Program’s Core Curriculum, your summer with us will be guided every step of the way, exposing you to all facets of the Company and the industry we operate in. Our goal for all interns is that they leave the program with enough hands-on experience to help them make guided and educated decisions about their next career steps. Interns will walk away from RapidRatings with knowledge extending beyond their designated area of focus for the summer.

About The Opportunity: Revenue Operations Intern

Join our organization as a Revenue Operations Intern with a specialized focus on Salesforce CRM strategy, technical configuration, and data/reporting. This role offers a unique chance to dive deep into critical business operations and support our revenue-generating teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing essential support to the Revenue Operations Team.
• Creating or modifying Reports & Dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights.
• Performing Data Analysis in Excel to uncover trends and inform decisions.
• Executing technical configuration within Salesforce, including but not limited to: field creation, validation rules, and flow automation.
• Making accurate and timely data updates to Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for working with a remote/hybrid team.
• Experience with Salesforce and integrated platforms (Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach) highly desired!
• Microsoft Office proficient (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical thinker and effective problem-solver.
• Ability to be agile and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
• Pro-active and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively both individually and as a collaborative team member.

Work Environment & Hybrid Policy:

Our NYC and Boston offices are open with continued options of hybrid on-site/remote working. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique, and we will work with you to explore suitable options. However, the expectation for this role is 2 days a week in the NYC office to interact with other team members and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
