Job Description
The Revenue Operations Global Process Manager is responsible for defining process requirements, leading operational integration, ensuring compliance, and supporting new and existing functionality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience, as well as 4 years of experience in finance, operations management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
• Define process requirements for business growth and cash operations, design for new products and systems implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the operational integration for business growth and cash operations of newly acquired companies in conjunction with our outsourcing partners.
• Consult with Google product areas and global counterparts to understand the operational environment and impacts of changes and issues; drive proactive resolution of identified gaps.
• Effectively analyze data sets to test hypotheses and provide insights to influence decision making.
• Ensure tax, Sarbanes Oxley, and local entity compliance; ensure readiness on supporting new and existing functionality.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in finance, operations management, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar environment, including finance operations, project management, and system transformation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects including identifying, assessing, and controlling risks on the revenue and payment operations side.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology.
• Excellent problem solving ability and business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership teams in Google’s product areas and Finance.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and process design skills.
