• Team: Reports to the Senior Manager of Commercial (Revenue) Accounting
• Mission: Ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition and commissions accounting, in compliance with ASC 606, ASC 340, and internal policies.
• Tech Stack: Netsuite ARM, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Take charge of the month-end close process for Revenue and Commissions.
• Prepare: Create and review financial close journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, and fluctuation explanations.
• Improve: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement effective solutions.
• Enhance: Improve the Company’s Netsuite ARM implementation to increase automation and reporting capabilities.
• Design: Develop, implement, and perform numerous SOX controls.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with strong knowledge of ASC 606.
• Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience, with at least 4 years in revenue roles, including experience with Netsuite ARM, improving revenue accounting processes, system enhancement projects, and handling >$1M negotiated B2B technology contracts.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem resolution abilities, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, strong written and oral communication capabilities, and strong Excel proficiency.
