Description: Retail Sales Specialist, Cardiovascular & Metabolism
This position is located in Seattle South, WA, covering Auburn and Federal Way. As a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance: Compliantly achieving sales quota, market share, market share growth, and other business objectives specific to the Cardiovascular & Metabolism market segment.
• Customer Development: Excelling in selling and customer development activities, including daily calls with relevant customers (cardiologists, specialists, and sites) to establish long-term relationships and achieve key metrics.
• Thought Leadership: Developing thought-leaders and leveraging your network to influence contract implementation, protocols, utilization, and gaining access to clinicians.
• Consultative Selling: Demonstrating consultative selling skills and expertise in cardiovascular and metabolic therapeutic areas, healthcare landscape, clinical/therapeutic, Managed Care, and customer needs.
• Business Analytics: Developing and applying expertise in business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor, and clinical factors to implement a compliant and efficient business plan.
• Strategy & Resource Management: Modifying strategy and resources based on local market conditions, prioritizing the highest potential opportunities, addressing competitive threats, and seizing emerging opportunities.
• Technology Utilization: Utilizing technology to analyze sales results, track activities, and update customer account documentation.
• Collaboration: Effectively collaborating with internal and external partners, developing two-way lines of communication, and fostering a broad network to share relevant information.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Organizing and completing administrative tasks efficiently (healthcare compliance, expense reports, call reporting, etc.) by established deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Pay: $80,000 to $115,000
• Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for participation in a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
• Company Car: Eligibility for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.

Currently pursuings:
• Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales/account management, business to business sales, or recent transition from Active-Duty Military
• Preferred:
• Experience in Cardiovascular or thrombosis therapeutic areas
• Documented sales results, including company awards or participation in management development programs
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel
• Residency in the geography or willingness to relocate
