Job Description:
Dunham’s Sports is seeking enthusiastic, sports-minded individuals to join their team. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced work environment. The day to day routine includes variety and involves interactions with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
• Ringing up sales at the cash register.
• Answering phone calls.
• Performing merchandising and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
• High energy and enthusiasm are essential.
• A desire to provide customers with a high degree of service.
• Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
• Merchandise knowledge is preferred in areas such as apparel, footwear, field and stream, exercise, or general athletics.
• Open availability is preferred, as stores are open seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
