Retail Operations Analyst Intern

Education Level: High School Diploma/GED/A Levels (Note: Role requires college sophomore status)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Work Policy: in-office and work-from-home)
Internship Duration: 3 Months (June 2026 – August 2026)
Reporting To: Billing Resolutions Manager
Work Schedule: 20–40 hours/week, depending on academic schedule
What You Can Expect
As a Retail Operations Analyst Intern, you will gain valuable experience supporting the products sold by ENGIE North America. This role offers exposure to critical billing functions and provides opportunities to contribute to both independent and cross-functional team projects.
- Learn about and support ENGIE products, including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns related to billing accuracy.
- Contribute to key billing functions.
- Work with third-party vendors independently and collaboratively to ensure best-in-class customer service for internal and external customers.
- Update and review daily reporting to support various internal daily operational processes.
- Assist in gathering requirements and performing QA testing for new development projects focused on improving billing, customer experience, and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Must be at least a college sophomore working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in team environments.
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for a hybrid work policy, combining in-office presence with work-from-home opportunities.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.50 – $32.00 USD hourly
This range represents the average expected pay for a qualified candidate. The actual offered salary may vary based on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
