The Kroger Fall 2025 Internship Program is an immersive experience designed to help students grow their careers through various focused internship assignments. The program offers:

Interns will spend their summer leading projects, refining professional skills, working alongside industry leaders, and connecting with other students nationwide.
Specifically, Retail Management interns will work within the retail divisions. This program is designed to provide an overview of:
• Store operations
• Marketing
• Merchandising
• Purchasing
• Supply chain management
• Financial analysis
• Human resources
The internship also includes:
• Job shadowing with store management
• A designated retail project
• Experience working as part of an effective team
