Job Description: Retail Management Intern
Love’s is seeking a Retail Management Intern to join their team. The intern will work closely with managers and Team Members to learn the many functions within Love’s locations, including restaurant, truck care and retail operations.
The program is designed to provide the intern with hands-on experience on the sales floor, where they will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales through effective merchandising, and learn how to lead a team. The intern will also have the ability to work closely with management to explore the many opportunities Love’s presents for a career in retail management.
Qualifications:
• Junior or Senior class standing preferred
• Desire to pursue a career in retail management or restaurant management
• Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and delegation skills, organization skills, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.
Benefits:
• 10 – week program; 40 hours per week
• Earn $18.00 per hour (paid weekly)
