Job Description
Love’s is seeking a Retail Management Intern to join its team. The intern will work closely with managers and team members to learn the many functions within Love’s locations, including restaurant, truck care, and retail operations. The program will provide the intern with hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through effective merchandising, and learning how to lead a team. The intern will also have the opportunity to work with management to explore the many career opportunities Love’s offers in retail management.
Qualifications
• Junior or senior class standing preferred
• Desire to pursue a career in retail management or restaurant management
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management and delegation skills, organization skills, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic
