Retail Management College Intern
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Job Summary:
The Retail Management College Intern will work closely with managers and team members to learn the many functions within Love’s locations, including restaurant, tire care, and retail operations. The 10-week program is designed to provide interns with hands-on experience in customer service, sales, merchandising, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising techniques.
• Learn how to lead and motivate a team.
• Explore career opportunities in retail management with Love’s.
Qualifications:
• Junior or Senior class standing preferred.
• Desire to pursue a career in leadership, retail, or restaurant management.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic.
Compensation:
• $18 per hour.
