Job Description
As a Thrive Apprentice Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our learning center. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner, answering questions about our programs and services, and providing information on enrollment procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized learning center environment, ensuring that materials are readily available and displayed attractively.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all payments are handled securely.
• Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives by engaging with potential customers and promoting Thrive Apprentice programs and services.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and updating records.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency by providing feedback and suggestions.
