Job Description: Retail Intern
This is a paid, hands-on internship designed to provide work experience within Kwik Trip’s fast-paced, guest-centric Retail Management Department.
• Job Title: Retail Intern
• Location: Kwik Star 1153
• Pay Range: $16.99 to $22.99 per hour. Actual pay is determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity.
• Shift: Variable
• Additional Compensation & Benefits:
• Kwik Trip provides 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers through bonuses, which typically range from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability.

• Role Overview: The intern will primarily focus on supporting the retail department, gaining exposure to various leadership styles and activities.

• Qualifications:
• Actively working toward the obtainment of a 2 or 4-year degree.
• Possess a high aptitude for learning a variety of tasks.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Maintains accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Proven team player.
• Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Work Schedule:
• Internship hours may vary with workload.
• Interested students must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday through Sunday) during school semesters.
• There is potential to work up to 40 hours during school breaks.
• The company offers flexibility with school scheduling.
