What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple interactions efficiently.
• Product Expertise: Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Sales Promotion: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and use product knowledge to offer alternative solutions, including turning returns into exchanges.
• Operational Communication: Communicate merchandise restocking needs, service requirements, and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum age of 16 years.
• Experience: No prior specific experience explicitly required, with procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.
• Skills:
1. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
2. Proficiency or willingness to learn retail technology, including cash registers and mobile devices.
3. Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
4. Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
