Job Description:

High Mowing School is seeking a Residential Life faculty member to actively contribute to a supportive boarding environment. Key responsibilities include:

Creating a warm and vibrant dormitory life that fosters a strong sense of family and community among boarding students.
Being available to students according to schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Providing transportation to students for activities and individual appointments.
Articulating, modeling, and maintaining high standards and ensuring consistent application.
Providing a home-like environment to teenagers and address the challenges of the teenage years.
• Actively contributing to the school community.

The position follows the academic calendar. Leadership opportunities in residential life are potentially available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience holding boarding students in a residential life setting.
• Experienced working with adolescents.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Background or familiarity with Waldorf education preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
