Job Description: Requirements Analyst and Tester
Role: As a core member of Deloitte’s GPS AI & Data Operations team, you will be responsible for the requirements analysis and testing of systems engineering, data validation, and development projects. This role plays a vital part in delivering data insights and business intelligence products to users, driving key business and operational decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Requirements Analysis:
• Work directly with client/business owners to gather and develop functional data, performance, system, and security requirements.
• Testing:
• Develop, execute, document, and provide guidance on unit test plans, test data, and test results.
• Support data warehouse concepts and relational databases.
• Support the business intelligence and data analytics team with requirements gathering and functional & technical testing.
• Technical Development:
• Further develop technical skills through working groups and trainings.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering, data validation, and development projects
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Active TS clearance or higher
• Ability to travel 5-25%
• Preferred:
• Master’s degree
• Familiarity and experience with the Intelligence Community
• Keen interest in using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies
• Experience in data warehouse concepts, test plan creation, and debugging/troubleshooting
• Experience in understanding data requirements and testing, SQL development, and warehouse/relational database concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially when communicating complex technical topics
