Senior HCM Reporting and Analytics Consultant | Workday
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Workday, located in the APAC Region with hybrid options. Workday is a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform that builds enterprise cloud solutions for managing people, money, and agents, including finance, HR, and planning. This role is crucial for shaping the future of work by helping the world’s largest organizations adapt to what’s next through insights derived from enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives. • Mission: Design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers to provide insights into enterprise-wide data.
• Tech Stack: Workday reporting tools, Prism Analytics, People Analytics
What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
• Collaborate: Work with client’s project team to design customer analytics strategy and understand customer pain points to tailor project deliverables.
• Resolve: Help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
• Contribute: Contribute to our customer’s experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor: Mentor and share best practices with team members to enhance collective expertise.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with core domain knowledge of HR terminologies, fundamental design principles, common data modelling, and reporting patterns.
• Experience: 5+ years of Data Modelling Experience, 4+ years of HCM reporting or Workday Reporting Experience, and 3+ years of Prism or similar data merging experience.
• Skills: Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex issues, effective consulting and presentation capabilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Understanding of APAC countries HCM business practices and typical reporting needs, proficiency in Mandarin or any ASEAN languages, and a general understanding of APIs and Security/Data Governance.
