What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Outreach: Execute the sales process by handling inbound calls and performing outbound solicitation to prospective and existing clients.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the company’s marketing database remains current and accurate through diligent data management.
• Revenue Growth: Generate new leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales to contribute to business expansion.
• Fleet Management: Oversee all rental asset processes, ensuring vehicles meet preventative maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Client Relationship Management: Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to foster strong ongoing relationships and expand the existing customer base.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar related field. This is an entry-level trainee position designed for career development.
• Experience: Ability to relocate within the region or US at the conclusion of the training program.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills for building professional relationships across all organizational levels and with customers. Detail-orientation with strong follow-up practices, capable of managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously. A high degree of common sense, aptitude for quick learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bonus: One year or more of customer service experience that includes issue resolution.
