Entry-Level Analyst (Remote) | Renewable Careers
The Tone:
This is an entry-level role at Renewable Careers, located remotely. The organization is a market leader in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors, specializing in the full lifecycle of high-performing grid-scale renewable energy assets, including Solar, Wind, and BESS. These roles are critical as the company experiences phenomenal growth and seeks to expand its capacity by integrating five new graduates into a variety of its teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Actively engage in a structured entry-level rotation program designed to provide broad exposure to various critical business functions and operations.
• Asset Lifecycle Support: Contribute to the diverse activities across the full lifecycle of grid-scale renewable energy assets, ranging from initial development and design to construction, ongoing operation, maintenance, and optimization efforts.
• Analytical Contribution: Apply foundational analytical skills to support specific team projects and operational requirements encountered within different rotation assignments.
• Professional Development: Undergo direct training and receive mentorship from experienced senior team members, fostering skill development and foundational knowledge in renewable energy.
• Operational Performance: Work effectively to meet project deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within a demanding operational environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field; ideally with exposure to Renewables, Engineering, Planning, or Construction.
• Experience: Entry-Level position; prior academic or project exposure in renewables, engineering, planning, or construction is ideal.
• Skills: Ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision; capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving; a strong passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
