The company is a market leader focused on developing, designing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and optimising high-performing grid-scale renewable energy assets, including Solar, Wind, and BESS. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s phenomenal growth, as five graduates are sought to join various teams. The successful candidates will contribute to the ongoing expansion and success of sustainable energy initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Development & Design: Support the development and design phases of grid-scale renewable energy projects, learning the lifecycle from conception to implementation.
• Asset Performance: Contribute to the operational excellence and optimisation of high-performing assets, including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Project Lifecycle: Assist various teams involved in the construction, ongoing operation, and maintenance of energy efficiency initiatives.
• Strategic Contribution: Provide analytical support that contributes to the overall market leadership and growth objectives of the organization.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in direct, hands-on training from senior team members, fostering rapid professional development in the renewable energy sector.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level. Any college degree background is accepted.
• Experience: No specific professional experience required; entry-level position.
• Skills:
• Self-driven and proactive work ethic, with the ability to operate autonomously and with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines within demanding environments.
• A strong passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
• Bonus: Ideal candidates will have exposure to Renewables, Engineering, Planning, or Construction.
