No prior recruiting experience is required! We provide comprehensive training, tools, resources, and continuous coaching and guidance to ensure you reach your individual earning goals. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s) effectively.
  • Connect qualified candidates with clients, leading to successful placements.
  • Proficiently utilize recruiting tools and materials provided.
  • Conduct cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers between candidates and clients.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates to ensure suitability.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong data basing and technological skills.
  • A background in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
  • Ability to consistently perform high outbound activity to source both clients and candidates.
  • Must be comfortable establishing and building relationships over the phone.
  • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset in all interactions.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not strictly required.
