What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Initiative Support: Provide essential support for strategic and operational business initiatives, assisting leadership teams with planning and execution of core objectives and special projects.
• Project Management Assistance: Assist with various aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables while coordinating activities across multiple departments.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and business metrics, preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and operational summaries for stakeholders.
• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, supporting workflow optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• Research & Documentation: Conduct research to compile valuable business insights and maintain meticulous project documentation and operational records.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional is sought, with a high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administrative, operational, customer service, or general support roles.
• Core Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities. Comfort working with spreadsheets and reports is essential.
• Bonus Qualifications: Internship or previous entry-level business experience, demonstrated experience with reporting and data analysis, familiarity with various project management tools, or prior administrative/operations support experience. An interest in business strategy and operational excellence is also highly valued.
