What We’re Doing:
We are driving the 1LMX culture forward by fostering collaboration across business areas, implementing new processes, and promoting continuous improvement. Our focus is on strategic planning, decision-making, and supporting leadership in day-to-day operations to achieve our organizational vision and goals.
The Work:
As a Leader, you will work closely with the Senior Manager to provide strategic support and advice. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strong interactions to foster collaboration across business areas (BAs) and driving the 1LMX culture forward.
• Acting as a liaison between the Senior Manager and direct report leadership in the execution of new processes and procedures.
• Managing the execution of new processes and procedures.
• Establishing mechanisms for tracking progress towards the vision and goals, regularly reviewing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing achievements.
• Addressing budget issues at the controllable level to find solutions and working closely with Project Managers (PMs) to address concerns about organizational workflow.
• Keeping the vision alive by sharing success stories, recognizing contributions, and reinforcing the importance of the 1LMX vision.
• Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and learning from both successes and failures.
• Leading Talent Development discussions for leaders and high-potential employees, and being involved in long-term succession planning and preparations for leadership transitions within the organization.
