• Mission: This specialist ensures medical record requests are processed accurately and confidentially, supporting HealthMark Group’s mission to make health information accessible.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Processing: Efficiently process incoming medical record requests within a 24-48 hour timeframe for assigned accounts.
• Customer Service: Answer an average of 30-40 calls per day to address customer requests and inquiries.
• Compliance: Abide by strict HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI).
• Support: Provide assistance with overflow processing to manage high volume periods or coverage needs.
• Monitoring: Track and manage all incoming requests received through various communication channels.
