Job Description:

This position is within Deloitte’s Regulatory Compliance team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping agencies achieve their mission goals through successful implementation and operation of regulatory, mission, or compliance programs. The role entails working with clients to:

• Mitigate risks: Help clients manage risks arising from transformational core business operational change or ongoing operations.
• Transform operations: Assist clients in optimizing their business operations for greater effectiveness.
• Manage regulatory demands: Support clients in preserving their reputation and public trust while navigating regulatory demands.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Developing sustainable compliance, governance, and regulatory oversight programs.
• Providing solutions to manage risk associated with core business operations changes.
• Delivering AI capabilities and end-to-end model lifecycle solutions.
• Managing risk in portfolios of guaranteed, acquired, and/or regulated assets.

Key skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Legal authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Security clearance
• 1+ years of military experience in operations or program/project management
• Completion of R&LS HOH 24-1 Cohort
