Schedule: 7pm – 7am

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $36 – $48.44 per hour
  • Night Shift Differential: +$2 per hour
  • Weekend Differential: +$3 per hour

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate, you will collaborate closely with the physician and your preceptor to ensure the effective implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for our patient population. We welcome applicants to apply before being licensed; however, a valid RN license is required upon the start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of the patients/families.
  • Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long-term goals, and discharge planning.
  • Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid State RN License is required (must be obtained by start date).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at hire.
  • Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
