Job Description: Regional Integrated Marketing Intern

Location: Asia Pacific Region

Department: Regional Integrated Marketing Team

About the Role:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in regional marketing and communication strategies across Asia Pacific. You will be part of the team responsible for marketing Disney movies and shows released in cinemas and on streaming services in the region. You will be involved in developing and executing world-class marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Reporting:
• Maintain and update campaign calendars.
• Assist in managing asset updates and distribution.
• Prepare key campaign debut reporting.
• Develop comprehensive marketing campaign wrap reports.
• Consolidate and analyze marketing in-situ activities, recaps, campaign summaries, best practices, and learning reports.
Premium Sourcing:
• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and ideas while working with available assets.
• Coordinate and assist with premium orders and consolidation.
General Support:
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, business reviews, and campaign reviews.
• Think creatively and propose new concepts while working with existing assets.
• Coordinate and assist with premium orders and consolidation.
• Maintain and update the APAC contact list.
• Provide administrative and housekeeping support for campaigns and projects.

Internship Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business/Commerce, or a related field.
• Must be an undergraduate student and not yet graduated during the internship period.
• Available for a full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) from January to June 2025.
• Must include internship availability (start and end date), expected graduation date, and marketing portfolio link (if applicable) in your resume and application.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic record in a relevant field.
• Knowledge or interest in Digital Marketing and/or Visual Merchandising is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with additional fluency in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese being an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with Adobe Photoshop and Keynote skills being a plus.
• Interest or fandom for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel.
• Highly self-motivated, meticulous, and passionate about retail and marketing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving environment and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to challenge and question, propose solutions creatively, and demonstrate a passion for learning.
• Self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and seek opportunities to contribute.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
