Head of Business Finance Corporate Risk & Broking/Latin America | WTW

The Tone:
This is a full-time regional leadership role for WTW, focusing on Business Finance across Latin America. WTW operates a global broking business, with Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) in Latin America identified as a key growth region. This position is crucial for leading all financial aspects, driving superior financial performance, and acting as a strategic finance business partner to regional leadership. The role is essential for shaping the long-term business strategy and ensuring financial objectives are met for internal and external stakeholders through robust financial management and insightful analysis.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive superior financial performance by providing strategic financial analysis and insights to regional leadership teams, enabling actionable decisions.
• Oversee robust monthly and quarterly financial close processes and financial reviews for the regional and country Finance teams, covering both controllership and FP&A responsibilities.
• Develop and manage monthly forecasts and annual plans for the CRB Latin America region, assessing risks and opportunities to ensure financial targets align with stakeholder objectives.
• Lead the financial aspects of all strategic initiatives impacting Latin America, including M&A, investment opportunities, and enterprise operational initiatives.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team that maintains a strong client service culture and delivers value-added financial reporting and analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or deep related experience; CPA or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACA or ACCA).
• Experience: 10+ years related experience in financial analysis and budgeting; strong experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and MS Office Applications.
• Skills: Ability to lead teams, drive change, develop direct reports, and foster morale; excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building and influencing skills; financial and business acumen; systems and data knowledge for operational recommendations.
• Bonus: Experience with both strategic and operational analyses; strong ability to attain commercial knowledge of the business portfolio and understand business financial drivers.
