Job Description: Recruitment Marketing Specialist
This entry-level position is perfect for a creative and motivated individual looking to start a career in recruitment marketing. The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will play a key role in attracting top talent in the pharmacy technician field, supporting Omnicell’s strategic initiative to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Recruitment Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to attract pharmacy technicians across various segments, including early career professionals and experienced technicians.
• Optimize Recruitment Marketing Strategies: Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and support Omnicell’s hiring goals from 2025 to 2029.
• Assist in Employer Branding Efforts: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Omnicell’s employer brand on social media, career sites, and job boards. Develop content highlighting company culture, career opportunities, and value proposition.
• Manage Social Media and Digital Campaigns: Execute social media and digital marketing campaigns to engage potential candidates and build a talent pipeline. Manage content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and industry-specific job boards.
• Content Creation and Management: Assist in creating engaging content, including job postings, blog articles, and employee testimonials. Ensure all recruitment content aligns with Omnicell’s brand and is optimized for SEO.
• Partnership and Event Coordination: Coordinate partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organizations. Assist in planning and participating in career fairs, webinars, and other recruitment events to increase visibility.
• Track and Measure Success: Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics like engagement and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Recent graduates or candidates with internships in related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Internship experience in marketing, communications, HR, or related areas is a plus but not required. Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketing tools is beneficial.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
