Recruiting Intern (Spring 2027) | BMW Group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Recruiting Initiatives: Contribute to various new and ongoing recruiting department initiatives, including Military Veteran hiring programs, talent program recruiting efforts, and both exempt and non-exempt recruiting processes.
• Manage Projects & Events: Coordinate and manage parts of hiring initiatives programs, develop project management skills, plan and coordinate community-based events, and schedule meeting facilities.
• Provide Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including process documentation, data analytics reporting, creating PowerPoint presentations, handling correspondence, managing phone calls, participating in new hire onboarding, and archiving files.
• Conduct Research & Analysis: Perform research, conceptualize new ideas, collect, analyze, and interpret information to assess the landscape against business strategies, and provide input on enhancing processes and practices.
• Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of program goals for recruiting initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a 4-year degree or a Master’s at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States, having completed at least 30 credit hours.
• Experience: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) on-site in Spartanburg, SC for the Spring 2027 term (January 11th – May 14th).
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including graphs, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, efficient spreadsheet use, calculations, and automation), strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 from your current university (if a transfer student) and the ability to provide an unofficial transcript.
