What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Recruiting Operations: Support the Madison Avenue Recruiting Team by directly partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other team members.
• Manage Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for in-person candidates, greeting them, providing office tours, and ensuring prompt notification of their arrival.
• Oversee Selection Processes: Manage the full-time selection process on behalf of the Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Develop Social Media Presence: Manage the firm’s talent acquisition social media presence.
• Analyze Recruitment Data: Track recruitment, onboarding, and development activities to prepare necessary reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; early career professionals and recent graduates with an interest in Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or business-related field.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail with high accuracy, and a high degree of initiative and organization.
• Bonus: A local college graduate with established relationships and active involvement in school athletics, clubs, and work; proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake; strong personal and professional networks, particularly within campus communities.
