The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at LeadVaultAI, located remotely. LeadVaultAI builds an agentic AI-powered platform for pipeline growth and lead generation, serving startups, agencies, recruiters, SaaS companies, and B2B service providers. Instead of relying on generic databases, the company focuses on real buying intent by scanning 3,000+ public and commercial sources to deliver verified, intent-based leads enriched with detailed account insights. This role is crucial for supporting the company’s talent acquisition needs, helping to bring in the people who will drive its continued growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities for various roles within the company.
• Source: Source candidates and screen profiles, then coordinate interviews for open positions.
• Manage: Post job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate: Conduct initial outreach and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Research: Assist in researching talent markets, updating recruitment dashboards, and preparing candidate status reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience: Proficiency with online research and candidate sourcing using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms. Comfort using spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, or CRM-like tools for data entry and accurate candidate record maintenance.
• Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for candidate outreach and interview coordination. Solid organizational and time-management abilities for managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being responsive and collaborative. High professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Bonus: Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree or certificate program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B services, and willingness to learn about LeadVaultAI’s product and target markets.
