What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruiting: Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
• Sourcing: Source and screen candidates for entry-level roles, assessing skills, experience, and role alignment.
• Partnership: Partner with recruiters and hiring teams on hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Communication: Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Process Support: Support interview coordination, debriefs, and candidate progression through the offer stage.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-in-profession/university hiring support with core domain knowledge in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience screening and assessing candidates, with a focus on high-volume recruiting environments and technical or engineering roles. Experience supporting early-in-profession/university hiring (intern, entry-level) and industry hiring, including offer processes, candidate engagement, and closing.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems.
