What You’ll Do

  • Proactively call property owners using comprehensive, provided lists to initiate engagement.
  • Skillfully build rapport and meticulously qualify potential sellers, identifying their motivation and needs.
  • Efficiently pass motivated and qualified leads directly to our dedicated acquisitions team for further progression.
  • Maintain diligent records by tracking all calls and detailed notes within our integrated system.
  • Execute calls utilizing simple, effective scripts while maintaining a natural, professional, and engaging tone.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to staying consistent with daily calling goals to ensure sustained productivity.

Qualifications

  • No real estate license is required for this position.
  • Prior sales or cold calling experience is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of sales principles.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective and persuasive interactions.
  • Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and reliability, capable of managing your own workflow effectively.
  • Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline.
  • Showcase an organized and detail-focused approach to tasks and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with dialers or CRM tools is a plus, indicating adaptability to sales technology.
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
