Compensation Range

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time real estate agent at Orchard earns between $75,000 and $200,000 or more per year. There is no cap on earning potential.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the greater Dallas area.
  • Some residential real estate transaction experience, with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to effectively handle objections, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting business metrics.
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to accommodate customers’ schedules.
  • Proficiency in using technology in your business and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A drive for results, balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.
