Job Description: RAN Automation Intern
Team: RAN Automation team

What you’ll do:
• Develop and improve RAN automation tools, inventory, and dashboards.
• Write, review, and debug code.
• Develop documentation.
• Collaborate with your team to design, code, and test robust, scalable components.
• Automate operational aspects of services running in the cloud.
• Optimize on-time delivery of high-quality features and fixes.
• Iterate rapidly in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of RAN automation tools and solutions.
• Help manage and deploy new RAN software and features on T-Mobile’s 5G network.
• Work closely with RAN architects and operation teams to improve operational excellence.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience or understanding of programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and data insight.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have graduated within the last 12 months or be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program.
Additional Information:
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships.
• Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position.
• Relocation assistance may be provided for participants residing more than 50 miles from the internship location.
• Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour, based on experience and location.
