Job Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking an early career Quality/Test Engineering professional to join their Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas. This role involves supporting the production and validation of hardware for sophisticated missile systems and associated launch vehicles using state-of-the-art processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test work instructions
• Document test failures
• Troubleshoot test equipment and product
• Ensure test resources are available for use

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with electronic components and common electronic test equipment.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in reading schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
