### Position Summary
As a Quality Systems Intern at ALTER TECHNOLOGY US, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operation and sustained excellence of our Quality Management System (QMS). ### Key Responsibilities
The Quality Systems Intern will be instrumental in supporting various facets of our Quality Management System, including:
• Document Control & Management:
• Support AS9100 document control activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with procedure updates, meticulous revision tracking, and controlled document distribution.
• Records & Asset Management:
• Maintain accurate training and competency records, ensuring their integrity and audit readiness.
• Support calibration and quality asset tracking, including real-time status monitoring and essential evidence collection for compliance.
• Audit & Compliance Support:
• Assist proactively with internal audit preparation, including evidence compilation and systematic follow-up tracking of action items.
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) administration activities, encompassing thorough documentation and diligent status tracking to drive continuous improvement.

### Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
• Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Technical Writing, Business Operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated strength in written communication for clear documentation and analytical thinking for problem-solving.
• Process Adherence: Proven ability to follow structured processes and handle controlled documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Legal Eligibility: Must hold US Citizenship or permanent resident status due to the nature of our industry.
