Job Description: Quality Management Trainee
This two-year trainee program within Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business focuses on improving animal lives through better nutrition. The program offers opportunities to enhance both technical and soft skills. Trainees will:
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Take ownership of food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote the development of food safety culture.
• Participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program.
The program is international and multicultural, fostering collaboration with other trainees across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Participants will:
• Experience various plant functions and/or teams.
• Collaborate on projects with other trainees.
• Participate in regular networking sessions.
• Benefit from individual and group coaching.
• Attend a highly engaging in-person summit twice a year.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food or Process Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Quality Assurance.
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships).
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Interest and flexibility to travel.

• Natural leadership ability, motivation, and initiative.
• Interest in working in multicultural and multi-functional teams.
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
