About the Job
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer for the PAC-3 missile program at its Camden, Arkansas campus. The successful candidate will support the production line, interpret technical documents, establish quality requirements, evaluate product conformance, document non-conformances, train inspectors, and apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
Responsibilities
• Support the production line by reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and standards
• Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
• Evaluate product for conformance to requirements
• Document non-conformances
• Train and support inspectors
• Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
• Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• US citizenship and ability to acquire and maintain a US security clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Security Clearance
This position requires a government security clearance. US citizenship is required for consideration. Clearance level: Secret
Work Schedule
4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week
