Job Description:
As a Qualcomm IT Cybersecurity Intern, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of cybersecurity. You will have the opportunity to:
• Push the boundaries of what exists: Contribute to groundbreaking work that establishes new security standards for tomorrow.
• Collaborate with diverse teams: Work alongside experts across multiple security domains like anomaly detection, identity and access management, security architecture, and cyber security engineering operations.
• Make a tangible impact: Leverage your skills and knowledge to directly influence Qualcomm’s numerous technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Available for 11-14 weeks during Summer 2025 (May-September) with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity Principles, Statistics, and ML/AI.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, endpoint security, cryptography, forensics, phishing, and malware analysis.
• Experience with Windows & Linux (Any Distribution).
• Programming experience in Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Bash, Perl.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation within the upcoming year (Dec 2025 to June 2026) are preferred.
