Job Description: QSR Operations Intern (Summer 2025)
Eataly is seeking a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Operations Intern for the summer of 2025. This paid internship offers hands-on experience working with the Eataly QSR Operations team. The internship runs from June to August, is located at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY, and involves a Monday-Thursday schedule (approximately 9 am – 6 pm). The hourly rate is $16.50. Housing and transportation are the responsibility of the intern.
Under the supervision of the Manager of QSR Operations, the intern’s responsibilities include:
• Maintaining Data Accuracy in Catapult: Ensuring accuracy and consistency of product details (names, descriptions, prices, allergens) within the Catapult system.
• Managing Product Tag Requests: Handling requests from stores for new and updated product tags, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Master File Maintenance: Maintaining a comprehensive master file with up-to-date product, pricing, and promotional data.
• Data Cleanup in Catapult: Conducting data cleanup to ensure consistency and accuracy within the system.
• Adaco Data Management: Ensuring accurate ingredient costs, nutritional data, and supplier details are reflected in Adaco for cost management and reporting.
• Cost Analysis and Trend Identification: Assisting in tracking cost fluctuations and identifying trends impacting profitability.
• Market Research and Menu Innovation: Researching and compiling data to support new café concepts and menu innovations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams to analyze the feasibility, operational impact, and customer appeal of new ideas.
• Additional Duties: Performing other tasks as needed.
