Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ is a rapidly growing commercial real estate firm, currently seeking a self-motivated Publications Intern to contribute to their content marketing efforts.
Job Description:
This internship offers an immersive learning experience in content marketing, providing the intern with the opportunity to:
• Collaborate in Research: Conduct thorough research on various markets and regions nationwide, utilizing effective research methodologies to support reports and articles.
• Content Creation:
• Write engaging blog posts and SEO-optimized content.
• Assist in developing client-facing materials.
• Participate in brainstorming and content planning sessions.
• Content Support:
• Conduct research to inform content planning.
• Contribute to content release tasks, including website uploads and email campaigns.

• Adaptable and Detail-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.

• SEO Knowledge (Optional): Experience or interest in SEO is a plus.
Internship Details:
• Duration: Fall 2024 with potential for extension into the winter.
• Time Commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week.
