Job Description
VOX Global is offering full-time, paid internships with its Public Affairs team. Qualified applicants will be rising juniors or seniors willing to commit full-time.
• Position: Public Affairs Intern
• Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Schedule: Full-time (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday)
• Hourly Rate: $20.00 (based on experience, knowledge, skills, and geography)
• Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Media sweeps
• Research
• Drafting content for a variety of mediums
• Working closely with all levels of the organization on projects for clients in a diverse range of industries
• Refining writing and research skills
• Training on a variety of industry tools
Qualifications:
• College juniors, seniors, or recent graduates with full-time availability
• Ability to work three days a week in-person in the DC office (Tuesday-Thursday) and two days remotely (Monday and Friday)
• Demonstrated interest in communications, public relations, public affairs, and/or related fields
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work experience
• Interest or experience with social media (a plus)
• Interest or experience with data and analytics (a plus)
