The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and provide meaningful insights to leadership and stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Records: Maintain and manage accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Compliance Review: Review financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Transaction Analysis: Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed reports.
• Bookkeeping Oversight: Oversee bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• General Ledger Management: Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end close activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An accounting professional with a strong foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and general accounting principles.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public accounting, which includes proven experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements, alongside proficiency in managing general ledger activity and reconciliations.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights, coupled with strong attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and confidentiality.
