Business Rotational Leadership Development Program (RLDP) | PTC

The Tone:
PTC is a global software company with nearly 7,000 employees, focused on bridging the physical and digital worlds to help companies improve operations, create better products, and empower people. This is a two-year, Boston-based rotational leadership development program, designed for recent graduates. The role is critical in building future agile leaders for PTC, providing cross-organizational experience, high-impact opportunities, and executive exposure to contribute to the company’s continued success.

• Mission: Develop future leaders through cross-functional experience, high-impact opportunities, and executive exposure.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete four six-month rotations, fully embedded in various teams, gaining exposure to functions such as Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Product Planning and Strategy, ESG, Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Success, and Project Management.
• Lead six-month rotational projects, presenting findings and recommendations directly to executive stakeholders.
• Actively participate in structured learning opportunities, executive speaker sessions, and monthly workshops to build essential leadership skills.
• Partner closely with a dedicated Program Manager to strategically tailor and curate your two-year program experience and career guidance.
• Support strategic initiatives and programs across the organization, influencing improvements to the RLDP program by joining committees and establishing a personal brand.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Liberal Arts, or a related field, received between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Experience: This is a rotational early-career program designed for recent graduates, requiring in-person attendance in Boston up to four days a week.
• Skills: Possess strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with intellectual curiosity, motivation to grow, and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
